Automate to Elevate: Redefining Business Strategies for Tomorrow

  • CNS Virtual conference : "Beyond Scripts: A Structured Approach to Network Automation."

    Tuesday, November 26 - 11:00 AM - 11:45 AM (GMT+8)

CNS will be taking part in Automation Days Asia 2024 on 26 November. We will deliver an exclusive virtual conference "Beyond Scripts: A Structured Approach to Network Automation."

In today's rapidly evolving IT landscape, network automation has emerged as a critical strategy for organizations seeking to enhance their infrastructure performance. However, the journey towards effective automation is not merely about implementing new tools or scripts. It requires a comprehensive, structured approach that considers both technical and human factors.

At the core of network automation lies its promise to dramatically improve infrastructure performance across four key axes: Velocity, Reliability, Productivity, and Security. These pillars form the foundation of any successful automation initiative, driving tangible benefits for organizations of all sizes.

Many organizations, eager to reap these benefits, rush into automation projects without adequate preparation. This often leads to setbacks, failures, and disillusionment. Our experience shows that clients frequently encounter roadblocks after initial automation attempts, struggling to scale their efforts or achieve sustainable results. Crucially, successful automation demands a certain level of readiness and maturity. This encompasses not only technical aspects such as infrastructure preparedness and appropriate tooling but also human factors. Skills development, cultural shifts, and organizational alignment are equally vital components of a robust automation strategy.

What awaits you?

To illustrate the path to successful automation, we will showcase one of the simplest network automations use cases, guiding you through the thought process required to transform it into a global and sustainable solution. By starting small and asking the right questions at each step, you will gradually understand the need for a more comprehensive automation framework. This holistic approach allows for the development of scalable solutions for real-world infrastructure environments without compromising any of the four key performance axes.

By considering all aspects - technical and human - organizations can pursue their automation goals sustainably, unlocking the full potential of network automation and driving efficiency, innovation, and competitive advantage to support business increasingly demanding needs.

🎤 Who's speaking?

Meet Yves Branciard, Business Development Manager at our Kuala Lumpur agency. Since the early '90s, when he was optimizing 4MB RAM memory allocation under MS-DOS and scripting navigation menu at the age of 10, Yves has cultivated a unique ability to grasp the underlying layers behind emerging technologies. Armed with a Master's degree in Telecommunications, he has built a strong track record commissioning HA services for leading international Telco operators across four continents.

Over the past decade, Yves has honed his expertise in the APAC region. His multifaceted experience encompasses business development, pre-sales consulting, scripting, and project management for both on-premises and cloud-based solutions. This diverse background has laid the foundation for his current position as Business Development Manager at CNS, where he leads a team of independent IT infrastructure consultants and experts.

Yves' technical background aligns perfectly with CNS' DNA and its unique market positioning, bridging the gap between design and implementation, crafting tailored roadmaps and architectural solutions with a precise understanding of deployment implications within client environments. As the IT ecosystem increasingly shifts towards natively API-enabled solutions, Yves' focus on creating value-added synergies between services and client needs exemplifies CNS' ethos: to deliver a consultative approach that seamlessly integrates in-depth core network expertise and DevOps practices, resulting in a structured and viable framework for infrastructure automation. This unique blend of skills positions CNS at the forefront of driving digital transformation, enabling clients to navigate the complexities of modern IT landscapes with confidence and agility.
